A bet is only valid once confirmed on the platform screen with a ticket number displayed. bet11 sends an email confirmation for bets above R$ 100.00. Bets that fail to process due to a connection issue are not recorded — always check your balance and bet history before placing a bet again.
Odds may change up until the bet is confirmed. If the odds available at the time of confirmation differ from those shown when you made your selection, the system can either accept the new odds automatically (default setting) or prompt the user to confirm, depending on the preferences set in the account.
A confirmed bet is final and cannot be reversed. bet11 may cancel and refund the staked amount only in the following exceptional circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours, a proven technical error in the odds was made, or a regulatory determination requires it.
